Here at U by Karen Klein we are easing the difficulty of picking a size by eliminating size as a factor completely. All of our items are ‘Size less” (aka “No Size”) which fits anyone between the sizes 0-14.
Does U by Karen Klein have a seasonal sale?
Yes, we offer sales throughout the year. Be sure to follow us on social media @ubykarenklein, and register for email updates on upcoming sales and special promotions.
Do I need to setup an account to place an order?
Yes. By registering with us, you will be able to:

- Review purchase history
- Save your address and payment details for a quicker checkout
- Create exchange/return directly from our account
What payment methods do you accept, and is it safe to use my credit card online?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, debit cards, as well as PayPal. All payments are processed through our secured checkout system provided by Shopify. To ensure that you don’t experience any delays on your orders, please be sure to check all details are entered correctly.
What countries do you currently ship to?
We are currently available only within the US; however, we are planning to expand to other countries in the near future. If you are somewhere outside the US, we encourage you to sign up for email updates so you can stay up to date as we expand!
How long does delivery take and what is the cost?
5 to 7 business days with our FREE ground shipping.
Do you offer other options other than Ground Shipping?
Yes, you can choose next day delivery for $20.
Can I send different items from one order to multiple addresses?
We only deliver to one address per order. For items shipping to different addresses, please create one order per address.
How do I return or exchange an item?
It’s easy! You have 14 days to decide whether you want to keep your items or send them back. If you decide to send them back, you can simply request a return-shipping label through your U by Karen Klein account.
Will I be refunded the full value of my order?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email, whether your refund has been approved. For more information, please see our full Returns & Exchanges policy below.
Returns & Exchanges
Returning items is easy with us. Try your items on at home and if you need to send them back, you have 14 days from the date the item was delivered to receive a full refund. We recommend you sent the item back within 7 days of the date delivered to ensure the parcel arrives back to the original location on time.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items should be unworn and undamaged with all tags attached.
All shipping within the US is on us for returns and exchanges. Customers outside the US are responsible for taxes and duties.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also be in close contact with you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you are waiting on a refund that you believe should have been received by now, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is finalized and posted by your financial institution.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be the primary contact for updates regarding your return.
FREE STANDARD GROUND SHIPPING. All standard ground shipping should take 5-7 business days or you can choose to ship NEXT DAY for $20.
For US purchases, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you is 5-7 business days.
